As an Executive Assistant / Paralegal, you will manage legal workflows and executive priorities by reviewing calendars, tracking deadlines, and maintaining active matters in MyCase and Outlook. You will draft correspondence, organize legal documents, support research and cite-checking, coordinate hearings and meetings, and ensure seamless legal and administrative operations.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in executive assistant, paralegal, or legal administrative roles
  • Experience using legal case management systems such as MyCase and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation, deadlines, and case workflows
  • Excellent written communication and document drafting skills
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
